Purchase information. When you buy a digital product, the checkout processor (currently Gumroad, Inc.) collects your email address, payment details, and order history on our behalf. We receive your email address and order details to deliver your purchase.
Communications. If you contact us by email, we keep the content of that correspondence to answer your request.
Usage data. Our storefront may collect basic, non-identifying analytics (e.g., page views, referring site) to understand which products are helpful.
To deliver purchases, provide customer support, send transactional emails (receipts, license keys, updates to products you bought), and improve our products. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
We use trusted processors to operate the store: Gumroad (checkout and delivery), Stripe (payments), and our hosting providers. Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy and applicable law.
Our storefront uses strictly necessary cookies for checkout and security. No advertising cookies are set by us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@ericjoye.com. We respond within 30 days.
Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). Support correspondence is retained for 24 months unless deletion is requested.
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
