- **14-day money-back guarantee.** If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your
  first payment, email support@hermeslabs.app for a full refund — no questions asked.
- **Subscriptions.** Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid
  period. We don't pro-rate partial months unless required by law.
- **How to request.** Email support@hermeslabs.app from the address you purchased with, including
  your receipt. Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe,
  typically within 5–10 business days.
